Tubing at Willard

My parents took out me, Tami, and Angie and all our kids. It was a full boat, but we had a great time. I had to throw in this picture of my cute Dad!

Dallin was a little nervous at first, but loved it. We couldn't get him off it!

Griffin, Berkley, Tayah, and Dallin. I think her life jacket is eating her face in this picture!
A little blurry, but at least you can see she is loving it!

Olsen Reunion

A few weekends ago, we went up to Memorial Park for the Olsen family reunion. It was good to see all the family members we don't see very often. We had a great time. There were horse shoes, games for the kids, and a lot of chatting.
We took a 4 generation picture with Brian's Grandma, his Dad, Brian, Dallin and Tayah. She is 93 years old and came up for the whole 3 nights. She is such a trooper and so loving. She is a very strong woman. She had 12 children and raised a lot of them on her own. Dell's dad died when his youngest sister wasn't quite 3 years old. So she has been through a lot, and is an amazing lady!

They had a lot of cute little crafts for the kids to make. There were hats, necklaces, boondoggle, bug magnets, and even more. They had so much fun making them. Here is Aunt Tricia, helping Tayah. Doesn't she look so cute in that hat?

The boys taking a break by watching a movie and having a popsicle.

The kids favorite part was the water. They waded, threw rocks, and got soaked!

Tayah had so much fun wading, even though the water was so cold. We had to drag her out, both times they went in.
We had a great weekend, with a lot of good company!

Swim Lessons

Dallin finished his swim lessons yesterday, and did so well. He is getting better and better. We took from the same place we did last year. He was in class with two of his cousins; Griffin and Cooper. They loved it!

Doing the back float.

On the steps getting ready to practice his kicks while blowing bubbles.

He had so much fun with Holly and his cousins and can't wait to do it again next summer!

4th of July

Our 4th was full tradition. We got up early and headed out to Plain City for the parade and all the fun. After the parade we spent the early part of the day letting the kids play games and bouncing in the big toys they had there. Then I had to have my traditional Navajo Taco for lunch before we left. The weather was perfect, and so was the company. (This was as good as I could get, the kids were pretty restless when I tried for a photo shoot. Don't mind my face.)
Here are all the cousins on my side of the family that made it to the parade this year. Some of them were out of town and we sure missed them. Here is Tayah, Chloe, Dallin, Ava, Cord, and Redd.
Dallin showing off all his parade candy! He was super fast at getting it-- and loved every minute of it. He would sit and wave hoping they would throw something to him, and if they didn't, he was a little disappointed.
What a sweet little face.

For Dinner we headed to Brian's parents good friends house for a BBQ. Bev and Dave are some of the sweetest people you could ever meet and they are so hospitable. They had a fun evening planned for everyone.
Sammy, Grandma, Tayah, and Bailey at Bev and Dave's.
Dallin and Ty, they sure love each other.
After the yummy dinner, they did a few crafts for the kids and then ended the fun with a pinata. The kids loved it! Dallin hit it so hard, but he wasn't the one to break it.
We ended the night by driving back to Plain City and going to the fireworks. Both the kids loved them. It was a busy day, but so fun! I have to say, I love this Holiday, and look at that face-- she loves to say cheese for the camera!!
